It’s important to us that your order arrives in perfect condition. So, if you’ve received your order and it’s not what you expected, we're here to help.
We ship our products using Australia Post and endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will receive tracking information via Australia Post to the email or mobile number you entered at the checkout.
Standard domestic shipping: $15
Standard domestic shipping when ordering 12 or more bottles: FREE
Local pickup: FREE
Local pickup is available for anyone who wishes to use this service. Local pickup orders will be packed within 2 business days, and you’ll receive a notification in your inbox when it’s ready. Collection is available from 161 Murray Street, Tanunda South Australia, between 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
We ship internationally via DHL Express. If you require international shipping, email us at email@example.com with your order details and delivery address. The BB team will return to you with a shipping quote before finalising your order. DHL Express will deliver your order within a week to most countries. While we do our best to estimate international shipping charges, there may be other charges including customs duties. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have any questions.
Barossa Boy accepts all credit cards through our online store.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
If your wine is broken or damaged in transit, we’re happy to provide a refund or replace the damaged bottles. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery with your order number, contact details and a photo of your delivery.
We’ll also refund or replace any damaged merchandise. Just email us at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery, let us know your order number and contact details, and return the item to us within 14 days. We’ll cover the shipping costs on faulty items so you’re not out of pocket. We can either refund your item or send you a replacement – whichever you prefer, and we’ll do it within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned item.
We love our BB merch, and we want you to look good wearing it! If it doesn’t quite fit right, we’re happy to exchange your item with a different size. All we ask is for you to pay the return shipping cost, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, contact details, and let us know what size you need.
Barossa Boy may collect certain information from you such as your name and contact details, for marketing and support/enquiry reasons. We only collect that information with your consent. All sensitive information such as credit card details is encrypted, which means it can’t be read by us or anyone else. We’ll never share your details with another party, your info is safe with us!
