All Barossa Boy wines will be shipped from our family cellar door – Underground Barossa.

This is our Shipping & Returns Policy.

It’s important to us that your order arrives in perfect condition. So, if you’ve received your order and it’s not what you expected, we’re here to help.

Domestic Shipping

We ship our products using Fastway or Australia Post and endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will receive tracking information via Fastway or Australia Post to the email or mobile number you entered at the checkout.

Standard domestic shipping: $15
Standard domestic shipping when ordering $200 or more: FREE
Local pickup: FREE

Local pickup is available for anyone who wishes to use this service. Local pickup orders will be packed within 2 business days, and you’ll receive a notification in your inbox when it’s ready. Collection is available from our cellar door during opening hours, 161 Murray Street, Tanunda, South Australia.

Refunds & Repayments

If your wine is broken or damaged in transit, we’re happy to provide a refund or replace the damaged bottles. Just email us at contact@undergroundbarossa.com.au within 3 days of delivery with your order number, contact details and a photo of your delivery.
